e. Establish your VSI (Value Specific Identity)

I am sure you're aware the greatest athletes in the world have been trained with coaches. Take for example, Michael Jordan, Walter Payton, Arnold Palmer, Martina Navratilova and even Tiger Woods. Just recently when Tiger Woods' father was asked, "what was the most important thing you did for Tiger that contributed to his success," his father responded that he hired a personal coach for Tiger when he was age 12. Dr. Deepak Chopra once quoted a study in which the researchers concluded that the average person thinks approximately 65,000 thoughts per day. They also went on to conclude that of these 65,000, about 95% are exactly the same thoughts that passed through the minds the previous day.
